Sounds like you converted your board and missing the modules. You need to add them in acp; http://www.modphpbb3.com/forum/viewtopi ... rt=50#p694
Your style added that you cannot see, I have no idea. Make sure it's in the right place '/styles/' and also is the same structure as the others; Folder - Templates|Theme| Imageset
