This board has no forums. help

i i just installed
Checks to see if the version of phpBB you are currently running is up to date. 3.0.2
phpBB Arcade version check 0.6.0
ok but i try to create forums and category and it will not show in my homepage i see it in my admin cp but not in homepage help me plz
