Well to begin im not sure if im posting this in the correct section but here goes...

I wanted to know if there is a mod or some way that i can restrict "guests" on my forum to only be able to view "x" amount of threads before he/she will get a notice saying that he/she has to register to continue viewing any more posts.

The help would be greatly appreciated as I've been looking for this for a while and I swear ive found EVERY mod except for this simple one. Anyways thanks a bunch!

Have only seen a mod like that for Vbulletin, nothing like that for phpBB yet.

ya i know vBulletin has that feature was hoping i could get it for phpbb im sure its possible i mean it works around a cookie... Guess if i cant find it im gonna haveto try it on my own maybe make the MOD

i think I heard of a mod called "restrict functions" or something, it might do what you want search for it at phpbb and see if it works!
