my site needs help

1) i want to make the portal my home page
1)i want to remove the shout box
3)i want to have site tabs like here home/donate arcade/etc... not like on mine were u have drop down menus
4)i would like instructions on how to add games to the arcade
my sites is chaoticaces.co.cc

1) If you use the portal version, make sure you uploaded the .htaccess to the root from the folder, it will then make your portal the first landing page.
1 again, not sure where 2 went) If you search here for 'Remove shoutbox', you will find a post explaining how-to.
3) If you search phpBB.com for kamahl's buttons menu, there it is.
4) Go into admin and upload game in the arcade tab. Otherwise pop over to jeffrusso.net and there should be a guide on there.
