i want my forum layout to look like this one. How do I do that?
Is there a template that I can download?
In particular the header. The other thing I noticed is that when I log in It says Good Afternoon and my name etc - is this part of the modded version or do I change is some other way

It's a totally edited theme and the welcome thing is a modification.

Are you running ModphpBB3 or just default phpBB3?
