Announcement Centre Error

I have this error in ACP when I click Anouncement Centre

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 24576 bytes) in C:\AppServ\www\forum1\includes\message_parser.php on line 901

My forum is running on localhost!

Please can you tell me the problem?

I don't think it is a forum problem at all. More of a problem with your localhost. Once it's up on a server, it will be fine.

Try adding a php.ini with more memory allocation to the forum root.
