Gallery Not displaying

Hello there.. I've tried very hard to self-educate myself in my forum installation and creation, but I've exhausted all efforts with an avatar issue I'm having. I've uploaded all of the avatar images to the Root images >avatars>gallery folder, but when I go to my profile on the site, it says "none" for displaying the gallery. http://www.fansonlyforum.com . I've deleted cookies, double checked the ftp, refreshed the template and them etc. etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am pretty sure they have to be in seperate directories, so "images/avatars/gallery/youravatarcategory" so you can create different categories for different avatars.
