Switch to English, then re-cache the template and imageset and they will appear.

I am not sure why a few boards get that problem (as mentioned, this is the 2nd time I have heard of this)

Well its obvious he has been uncovered as a con artist throughout the phpBB communities, as he has now removed his site from email messages and changed his email address. I am so surprised he still has the nerve to keep going this way, I really don't know why he just doesn't use the correct channels...
