Restricting Forum Access

Hi all,
Is there a way to limit the access to a particular forum by the number of posts someone has?
We want to set up a forum and allow those members who have 5 posts or more to have access only. I thought about doing a password but then theres nothing stopping one member with 5 posts from giving it to another member with 0 posts.
Any ideas?

I think I may have partially answered my own question. I set up a new group that will have access only to the new forum, but it will be a pain for each person to PM someone to be added to the group.
Still would like to have a certain number of posts and then auto-access to the forum, or at least something thats more automatic than manually adding person by person.

I'm not sure if that's a default thing on phpBB, if not, then there will no doubt be a mod for it.
